At Fortuna App, we respect your privacy and your rights to control your personal data. We understand that sometimes, you may want to discontinue using our services and would like to have your account deleted.
How to Request Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please follow these steps:
Verify Your Identity: To ensure the security of your account, we need to verify your identity. Please provide us with your username or the email address associated with your account.
Submit Your Request: After verifying your identity, click on the “Submit” button to send your account deletion request.
Confirmation Email: Once we receive your request, we will send a confirmation email to the email address associated with your account. Please check your email and click on the confirmation link to proceed with the account deletion.
Account Deletion: After you confirm your request, we will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days. Please note that once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When you delete your account:
- All your personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our servers.
- You will lose access to any services, features, and content associated with your account.
- Any subscriptions or purchases made through your account will be cancelled and cannot be refunded.
