- Review and Submit: Carefully review your order to make sure everything is accurate. Once you are satisfied, submit your order.
If your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order. If you do not receive this email within 30 minutes of placing your order, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us. Please also check your email’s spam or junk folder, as sometimes security settings may direct our emails here.

DELIVERY
Fortuna Jewelry provides complimentary delivery services to Hong Kong and Macau. If you have inquiries about the feasibility and delivery charges for locations outside of these areas, please contact our Client Services team here, and they will be happy to assist you.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking details. Your expected delivery date can be found on your order confirmation email. If, for any reason, there is a delay in your order, our client services team will get in touch with you via email. Should you have any questions, please reach out to our Client Services team here, quoting your order number, for assistance.
If you’ve missed your delivery, please get in touch with our Client Services team here to arrange for a re-delivery. Alternatively, you may also contact the courier service directly to reschedule the delivery for a more convenient day. Please keep in mind that, for security reasons, the delivery address for your order cannot be changed once the order has been confirmed.
If you would like someone else to collect your order, kindly contact our Client Services team here and provide your order number along with the name of the person who will be picking it up. For security purposes, the designated individual must present a copy of your order confirmation and their valid photo ID when collecting the order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you have made a purchase through our online store, please don’t hesitate to contact our Client Services team here within 30 days of receiving your order. All returned items will undergo a mandatory quality control inspection. Following this, you will receive notification that your return has been approved. Depending on your original method of payment, it may take up to 10 working days before the refund is credited back to your credit card, PayPal account, or bank account.

They will assist you in organizing a complimentary collection and guide you through the exchange process.
